Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Tableau or Power BI is required.
• Experience with ERP and business systems is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing activities and supplier research.
• Create, place, and manage purchase orders in the ERP system.
• Expedite open POs and obtain updated shipment information.
• Run reports on purchasing, inventory, supplier performance and KPI data.
• Use Excel and analytics tools to identify trends and support decisions.
• Communicate purchasing information to internal customers and other departments.
• Identify and escalate delivery, pricing, or supplier issues.
• Support special projects and continuous improvement in purchasing.
