Job summary

Giti Tire Manufacturing seeks an entry-level Junior Buyer to provide administrative and purchasing support. You will help process purchase orders, obtain quotations, and track deliveries while maintaining supplier records in our ERP system.

Working alongside experienced buyers, you will learn purchasing, supplier management, and inventory control in a manufacturing setting. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow in procurement and supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willingness to learn purchasing and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing purchase orders and requisitions.
• Enter and maintain vendor and supplier information in ERP.
• Obtain vendor quotations and compare pricing.
• Track orders and follow up on delivery status.
• Support daily purchasing activities to ensure timely orders.
• Collaborate with Receiving, Accounting, and Finance to resolve discrepancies.
