Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and processing purchase orders and requisitions.
• Obtain vendor quotations and compare pricing.
• Track deliveries and update supplier records in ERP.
• Communicate with vendors on order status and updates.
• Support daily purchasing activities to ensure timely orders.
• Maintain purchasing spreadsheets and reports.
• Collaborate with Receiving, Finance, and Accounting to resolve discrepancies.
• Learn purchasing policies and departmental procedures.
