Job summary

Ideal candidates will have an associate degree or related experience, 1–2 years in purchasing or materials, and ERP familiarity. Strong attention to detail and cross-department collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or related experience preferred.
• 1–2 years purchasing or materials experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• ERP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders in ERP with high accuracy.
• Review requirements and place orders per production needs.
• Communicate with suppliers on pricing, dates, shortages.
• Expedite materials to meet production schedules.
• Maintain PO data in ERP and support supplier changes.
• Collaborate with Planning, Production, Engineering, Receiving.
