Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or closely related discipline.
• 0 - 3 years in IS/IT.
• 0 - 1 years in the Health Insurance Industry – preferred.
• 0 - 1 years in the Healthcare Industry – preferred.
• 0 - 1 years in Lean/Six Sigma – preferred.
• None

Responsibilities

• Work with more senior team members, customers, Software Engineers, Architects, and Capability Managers to assist in capturing capability needs and driving quality business solutions.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle by actively participating on Agile scrum teams in various roles, including Scrum Master, Business Technical Analyst, User Interface designer, Capability Manager, or Tester.
• Support various aspects of requirements testing (testing plan, scenarios, documentation, defect management) to ensure minimal production defects and analyze results for customer impact.
• Assure compliance for required standards and all necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate with team members, customers, partners and management, including requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews, reporting project status, enabling vendor solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
