Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or closely related discipline.
• 0–3 years in IS/IT.
• Preferred PMP or Lean Six Sigma certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in capturing capability needs and delivering quality business solutions.
• Participate in Agile scrum teams across roles such as Scrum Master or Analyst.
• Support requirements testing and trace business requirements to test plans.
• Ensure compliance with project standards and obtain necessary approvals.
• Communicate project status and document requirements and walkthroughs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
