Tally in Columbus is seeking a Junior Business Associate to join our team. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on experience across client relations, business operations, and daily problem solving, with real room to grow.

You’ll receive full training from day one, build relations with clients and partners, support onboarding and account setup, and help track performance. This role is in person at our Columbus location, with a full‑time schedule.

• No experience required, full training provided from day one
• Reliable, coachable, and eager to grow
• Available full-time, 5 days a week (schedule may include weekends)
• Able to work in person at our Columbus location, this is not a remote or hybrid role
