Job summary

Tally in Columbus is hiring a Customer Experience Associate to join our team in an in-person role, with full-time or part-time options. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in making every interaction a good one.

You’ll welcome customers, answer questions, troubleshoot basic issues, and guide them through account setup and next steps. Training starts on day one, and you’ll learn how to balance service quality with performance goals while representing the

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and serve as their first point of contact
• Answer questions and troubleshoot basic account or service issues
• Help customers navigate account setup, updates, and next steps
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional services that genuinely fit a customer's needs
• Follow up to make sure customer issues are fully resolved, not just closed
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions
• Represent the Tally brand with patience and professionalism, even in tricky situations

What We're Looking For

• A natural people person who stays calm and friendly under pressure
• Strong listening and problem solving skills
• No experience required, full training provided from day one
• Comfortable balancing service quality with performance goals
• Reliable, coachable, and a team player
• Available a minimum of 4 days per week (schedule may include weekends)
• Able to work in person at our Columbus location, this is not a remote or hybrid role
