Job summary

Swift Events in Cleveland is seeking a Junior Business Associate to support client relations, operations, and day-to-day problem solving with hands-on training and real room to grow. You’ll learn across the client-facing and operations side of the business and contribute from day one. This is an in-person, four-days-per-week role.

No prior experience required—full training provided. You’ll build relationships with clients and partners, track performance, and collaborate with the team on

• Able to work in person at our Cleveland location, this is not a remote or hybrid role
