Job summary

Swift Events is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our Cleveland team. This hands-on role offers exposure to marketing, events, and customer engagement with real room to grow.

You will support in-person campaigns and community events, engage with the public, and help with materials and logistics. Training starts day one, with no prior experience required, and the schedule covers a minimum of four days per week at our Cleveland location.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided from day one.
• Available a minimum of 4 days per week; schedule may include weekends.
• In-person role at Cleveland location; not remote or hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of in-person marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Help set up, run, and break down retail activations and community events across the Cleveland area.
• Engage directly with the public, sharing information about Spectrum's internet, TV, and mobile offerings.
• Assist with tracking campaign performance and reporting back what's working.
• Help prepare marketing materials, signage, and event logistics.
• Collaborate with the broader Swift Events team on new campaign ideas and process improvements.
• Represent the Swift Events and Spectrum brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
