Job Description Summary

Junior Business Analyst (BA) to join the Sales & Operations Management Unit supporting), our POS and payment processing platform for beauty supply and food & beverage retail merchants. Working alongside the unit's Business Analyst, you will provide hands‑on support across customer onboarding, SAP‑based order‑to‑cash operations, vendor and marketing coordination, and business documentation. The ideal candidate has up to 3 years of relevant professional experience and is looking to build a career in retail business operations within a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment. This role involves hands‑on execution — preparing onboarding documents, processing SAP transactions, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining manuals and reports — in support of the POS platform's day‑to‑day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding & Contract Documentation Support

• Support new KRS merchant onboarding, including SAP customer creation, contract preparation, invoicing, onboarding questionnaires, site surveys, and installation/training completion forms.
• Maintain and organize contract records, onboarding templates, and business documentation, ensuring accuracy and version control.
• Assist with customer account setup and maintenance, including online statement setup and PCI compliance documentation.
• Help track and follow up on customer leads from calls, surveys, and trade shows, updating customer management records accordingly.

Order‑to‑Cash & SAP Operations Support

• Assist with SAP transactions including sales order processing, billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable follow‑up for KRS merchants.
• Support vendor and material management (MM), purchase order creation, ASN/goods receipt processing, and inventory checks in SAP.
• Help process operating expense invoices (e.g., SAP Concur) and support basic accounting documentation.

Vendor, Marketing & Creative Coordination Support

• Support sourcing and coordination with vendors for business materials (gift cards, name cards, brochures, promotional items), including sample orders and basic cost tracking.
• Assist with artwork and creative production (brochures, banners, folders) and help coordinate marketing and advertising content across channels (email, SNS, YouTube, print).
• Help plan and execute marketing/PR initiatives and trade show logistics.

Product & Documentation Support

• Help create and maintain manuals and user guides (Back Office, KRS Quick/Checkout, customer‑facing and training materials).
• Support hardware and vendor evaluation activities, and assist with testing of KRS Admin features alongside the development team.
• Gather customer and business feedback to help identify process or documentation improvements.

Data & Reporting Support

• Help organize and maintain operational, customer, invoice, and transaction data.
• Support the preparation of basic reports and dashboards for business planning and performance tracking.
• Assist with data quality checks during customer data migrations.

The anticipated compensation range is 21.50 - 39.75 USD Hourly Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
