Job summary

Textron Systems is seeking an entry-level Business Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, and Operations. You will build dashboards, analyze trends, and contribute to strategic reviews.

This role emphasizes mentorship, hands-on experience, and development opportunities within a global industrial group. Relocation and varied schedules may be available at select locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating across functions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of reporting formats across five global facilities.
• Create and distribute reports showing live business performance.
• Provide dashboards to President and Senior Leadership Team.
• Analyze key reports, customer trends, and pricing data.
• Coordinate SIOP with Sales, Finance, and ISC.
• Develop analytics for annual Strategic Business Review.
• Evaluate new systems functionality with Sales and Sales Ops.
• Test and train new programs and systems in the business.
• Collaborate daily with Sales, Finance, Sales Ops, ISC, and Engineering.
