Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles is seeking an entry-level Business Analyst to support the development and maintenance of reporting formats across our global manufacturing footprint. You will create live dashboards and deliver accurate analyses to senior leadership, while collaborating with Sales, Finance, and ISC to coordinate SIOP processes.

The role offers hands-on mentorship, exposure across functions, and development opportunities within a global Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor degree in Business or related field.
Software knowledge: SAP and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Lead development and maintenance of reporting formats and processes across five global manufacturing facilities.
Create and distribute reports showing live-time view of business standing.
Provide reports and dashboards to the Textron Specialized Vehicles President and Senior Leadership Team.
Analyze key reports and data such as customer trends and equipment pricing.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and ISC on SIOP coordination and execution.
Develop analytics for annual Strategic Business Review performance analysis.
Represent Sales and Sales Operations to determine new systems functionality.
Test, train, and integrate new programs and systems into the business.
Daily collaboration with Sales, Finance, Sales Ops, ISC, and Engineering to ensure reporting accuracy.
