Job summary

Textron is seeking an entry-level Business Analyst to develop and maintain reporting formats across five global manufacturing facilities. You will create live reports and dashboards for senior leadership and analyze trends in customers and pricing.

Collaborating with Sales, Finance, and ISC on SIOP coordination, you will test and train new programs, ensuring accurate analysis and smooth system integrations across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business or related field required.
• Microsoft Office Applications and SAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of reporting formats coordinating five global manufacturing facilities.
• Create and distribute reports that tell an accurate and live-time story of the business’ standing.
• Provide reports and dashboards to the Textron Specialized Vehicles President and Senior Leadership Team.
• Perform analysis on key reports and other data, such as customer trends and equipment pricing.
• Work with Sales, Finance, and ISC on SIOP coordination and execution.
• Develop key analytics to be used annually in the Strategic Business Review to analyze company performance.
• Represent Sales and Sales Operations to determine the functionality of new systems.
• Test, train, and integrate new programs and systems into the business.
• Work daily with Sales, Finance, Sales Ops, ISC, and Engineering departments to ensure accuracy of analysis and reporting.
