Loyal Source Government Services is seeking a Business Analyst I, Systems & Business Solutions to serve as a program-level liaison between operational teams and the Systems & Business Solutions department in the United States. The role focuses on documenting processes, gathering requirements, testing, reporting validation, and guiding change implementation across recruiting and delivery operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field preferred; equivalent combination considered.
• Minimum two years of experience in recruiting, delivery operations, workforce solutions, business operations, operational support, reporting, or related experience.
• Experience with business systems, ATS platforms, CRM systems, HR systems, reporting tools, or operational technology solutions.
• Strong documentation, organization, communication, and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop working knowledge of recruiting, delivery, onboarding, credentialing, and workflows across programs.
• Serve as program-level resource for understanding how processes and system functionality support operations.
• Capture discrepancies, process issues, and user concerns surfaced by program teams.
• Escalate issues with context, impact, urgency, and recommended next steps to leadership.
• Support stakeholders by clarifying processes, system behavior, documentation, and handoffs.
