Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent entry-level experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to document processes clearly and accurately.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist operations manager and stakeholders in gathering business and legal requirements through discovery sessions, document review, and basic process analysis.
• Help document workflows, procedures, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes for the Operations Development team.
• Support the collection, organization, and validation of data used for dashboards, reports, and real-time operational analytics.
• Assist in translating business and legal needs into functional requirements and basic technical specifications.
• Review information from multiple sources and help break down high-level requests into detailed, actionable requirements.
• Maintain organized documentation for firm-wide initiatives, integrations, and automation projects.
• Assist in creating user guides, job aids, and training materials.
• Participate in QA and UAT by executing test cases, validating results, and documenting issues.
• Provide basic end-user support and assistance following system or process changes.
• Identify issues, document findings, and escalate concerns to senior team members for resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned
