Job summary

Lone Star National Bank is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge operations, administration, and IT, collecting and translating business needs into IT solutions. The analyst will support testing, document requirements, and help ensure client satisfaction and effective stakeholder communication.

They will work with IT and business teams to assess existing solutions, identify gaps, and propose feasible enhancements aligned with bank strategy and regulatory controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Banking experience is required.
• Typically 1–3 years of relevant technical or business work experience.
• Strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills; understanding of IIBA principles.
