Bravo Technical Resources Inc is seeking a detail‑oriented Junior Business Analyst to support a large-scale annual 1099 reporting initiative across 70+ business units, Finance, Technology, and external reporting partners. You will validate data, coordinate corrections, and help ensure accurate filings.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, finance operations, accounting operations, tax reporting, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience reviewing and reconciling large, complex, or multi-source datasets.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for analyzing, validating, organizing, and reconciling financial data.
• Experience identifying data discrepancies, investigating root causes, tracking errors, and driving corrections through resolution.
• Experience with business requirements gathering, process documentation, testing, and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate high-volume financial data from 70+ units for accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze spreadsheets and reports to identify missing information, duplicates, and discrepancies.
• Perform Excel data analysis, reconciliation, and validation to support 1099 reporting.
• Coordinate with Finance, Technology, and external partners to clarify data requirements and resolve issues.
• Develop test scenarios, validate file outputs, track defects, and retest corrections.
• Maintain issue logs, action trackers, and readiness reports for filing.
• Communicate discrepancies and actions clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
