Job summary

Equans Services Canada & US is seeking an Entry-Level Maintenance Technician 1 for our Manchester location, working on a regional airport facility. The role requires at least 1 year in industrial or building maintenance and a proactive approach to safety and reliability.

The successful candidate will perform routine maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, document activities, and coordinate with contractors. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US and able to pass background checks.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in industrial/building environments.
• Strong problem-solving, safety awareness, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Inspections to identify issues before they escalate.
• Ensure safety regulations and building codes compliance.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized work.
