Hoffman & Hoffman, Inc. is looking for an Associate Automation Engineer to assist in developing, designing, and implementing industrial control systems for building automation projects. You will work under senior engineers to learn company standards, system architecture, and software integration across PLC/DDC, HMI/SCADA, and commissioning tasks.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning, field support, and ongoing training in control system design and project execution with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with HVAC and BAS concepts and electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of standard control software and project documentation.
