Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public administration or business administration.
• Two years of financial analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in budget analysis and preparation including revenue and expenditure forecasts and cost allocation factor analysis.
• Prepare comprehensive technical records and analytical reports pertaining to assigned area of responsibility.
• Advise and assist the department in changes in management philosophies.
• Conduct performance data analysis for assigned department operations.
• Maintain and monitor information for obtainment of grants and other funding.
• Assist in budget preparation and administration and monitor budgeting controls.
• Collect, compile and analyze information to present data and support recommendations.
• Participate in special project studies and present staff reports to councils and commissions.
