Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and experience with large budgets, federal grants, and SHARE Financial Modules, plus strong Excel skills for data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field with one year of relevant experience.
• Experience analyzing large complex budgets and projections for a state agency.
• Experience with federal grants.
• Experience with revenue management.
• Knowledge of SHARE Financial Modules.
• Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and IF statements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly budget projections, including revenue and expenditures.
• Track revenue and expenditures for programs and departments.
• Meet with and train bureau financial staff as needed.
• Receive and submit deposits and prepare budget adjustment requests.
