Job summary

mdgbio is seeking an entry-level Bio-manufacturing Operator to support fermentation, drying, and downstream processing of Bacillus and other spore-forming bacteria in a GMP environment. You will follow SOPs and batch records, operate production equipment under supervision, and maintain safety, quality, and documentation standards.

Key tasks include loading and setup of bioreactors, filling and freezing operations, materials handling, operating basic equipment, and recording production data

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math and data-entry skills required.
• Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading, setting up, and harvesting bioreactor tanks.
• Fill slurry product into trays and perform freezing with proper labeling.
• Load frozen slurry into storage freezers and transfer materials to downstream areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading freeze dryers and spray dryers under supervision.
• Weigh raw materials accurately and follow production formulas.
