Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a BIM/VDC Drafter to support the electrical construction team from an in-office setting. You will help develop and update electrical models using Autodesk Revit, produce shop drawings, and incorporate field redlines under the guidance of experienced team members.

The role offers hands-on exposure to construction documentation, model coordination, and collaboration with design and field teams, with opportunities to grow within the BIM/VDC discipline.

Qualifications

• Foundational drafting principles, 3D modeling concepts, and ability to learn quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and organized work output.
• Effective verbal and written communication within a team.
• Willingness to learn electrical construction modeling and BIM/VDC coordination processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead BIM/VDC Coordinators with developing and maintaining electrical models in Revit.
• Generate and revise 2D shop drawings from Revit models for field installation.
• Update models/drawings to reflect field redlines and design changes.
• Support modeling, coordination, and integration with other building systems.
