Job summary

Latitude Inc. seeks an Electrical Drafter/Modeler in Maryland to produce accurate electrical drawings and 3D BIM models for commercial/industrial projects. You will support engineers and project teams throughout design and construction, coordinating with multiple trades.

The role requires hands-on AutoCAD and/or Revit experience, strong knowledge of electrical systems, and a focus on producing construction-ready documents. On-site collaboration in New Market, MD is expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in AutoCAD or Revit for electrical drawings.
• Ability to create 2D plans and 3D BIM models for electrical systems (power, lighting, fire alarm, low-voltage).
• Experience interpreting engineering designs, specs, and redlines to produce construction-ready documents.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Drafter / Modeler with hands‑on experience in AutoCAD and/or Revit and a strong background in electrical systems. This role is responsible for producing accurate electrical drawings and 3D models for commercial and/or industrial projects, supporting engineers and project teams throughout the design and construction process.

Responsibilities:

• Create and modify electrical drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD and/or Revit
