Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an A/R Billing Analyst to join our Business Services team in a role focused on invoice processing, SOX auditing support, project analysis, and AR reconciliation.

You will prepare invoices, monitor unbilled balances, support the Collections team, and coordinate with internal and external clients. U.S. citizenship is required for this role.

A/R Billing Analyst

The Opportunity: As a professional in Business Services, you have the experience and skills to ensure our Delivery Hub operations are effective, efficient, timely, and valuable for internal and external clients. You know how to interface with internal and external customers and leadership to understand needs and gain insight on Business Services performance.

As a member of the Accounts Receivable team, you will perform administrative, processing, and auditing responsibilities, including invoice processing, SOX auditing assistance, project analysis and reconciliation, AR collections assistance and document retention.

How You’ll Contribute

• Preparing invoices monthly.
• Reconcile unbilled balances.
• Monitor and report unbilled balances.
• Provide support to the Collections team.
• Support external and internal audit teams with gathering documents.
• Communicate and correspond directly with internal and external clients regarding invoicing inquiries.
• Preparing check requests for client refunds.

Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have

• Experience with accounts receivable or an accounting or customer service role
• Experience with using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail and display a commitment to accuracy
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have

• Experience using Deltek Costpoint billing module
• Experience using V-lookup and Pivot Table functions in Excel
• Familiarity with Government Contractor billing requirements
• Possession of excellent problem-solving skills
• Possession of excellent analytical skills
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree

Compensation

The projected compensation range for this position is $42,600.00 to $87,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
