Job summary

The State of New Hampshire, Department of Transportation, Bureau of Asset Management Performance Strategies, Concord, NH, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst I to manage and coordinate reporting projects across divisions.

You will lead project life cycles using SDLC, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop BI reports and dashboards using Oracle SQL/PLSQL. A bachelor's degree and 5 years' experience or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience OR equivalent combination of 9 years of education and experience.
• Education and experience must be in business administration, MIS, information systems, CS, data analytics, IT, engineering, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes business and technical requirements to define project scope and resources.
• Collaborates with stakeholders and technical teams to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Identifies data sources and develops reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Translates requirements into technical specifications for data integration and analytics.
• Develops BI solutions and maintains data structures and reporting models.
• Validates data and ensures accuracy of reports and dashboards.
• Supports SDLC activities, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Performs data analysis and creates standard and ad hoc reports.
