Under direct supervision, you will collect, clean, and interpret data, translate findings to non-technical stakeholders, and assist in identifying improvement opportunities. This role emphasizes collaboration and initiative within a team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 years relevant experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate analyses to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Observes consultations and documents project requirements with supervision.
• Collaborates with internal partners to design and develop reporting solutions and analytic studies.
• Plans projects and tracks completion tasks with assistance from more experienced analysts.
• Provides time and effort estimates based on requirements gathering.
• Must be able to manage projects with supervision.
• Demonstrates working knowledge of relevant source systems and data marts within the first year.
• Stay abreast of current BI tools used at Geisinger.
• Develops, validates, and executes simple queries and reports.
• Interprets results and makes recommendations to stakeholders under supervision.
• Presents analysis and reports to internal customers.
• Familiarity with descriptive and inferential statistics.
• Reports and helps troubleshoot data quality issues during profiling/testing.
• Collaborative and eager to share knowledge with team.
