Geisinger is seeking an Associate BI Analyst to provide analytic support to business and clinical areas, using data structures, programming, and statistics to drive data-driven decisions. Under direct supervision, you will collect, clean, and interpret data sets, identify opportunities for improvement, and support evaluation of existing processes.

You will translate analyses for non-technical stakeholders and build trust with customers.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 years relevant experience required.

• Observes during consultation process and documents project requirements and scope with assistance from more experienced analysts.
• Collaborates with internal partners and organizations in the design and development of reporting solutions and analytic studies to support business needs.
• Plans projects and request completion tasks with assistance from more experienced analysts.
• Provides time and effort estimates based on requirements gathering and manages projects with supervision.
• Demonstrates working knowledge of relevant source systems and databases/data marts within the first year; stays updated on industry trends and BI software systems.
• Recommends analysis approach and additional analyses or reporting based on business questions and initial findings.
• Develops, validates, and executes simple queries; creates basic reports and performs routine data analysis; interprets results and makes recommendations under supervision.
• Presents analysis and reports to internal customers and stakeholders.
