Professional, BI Analyst (TCF)

Job Description

The Business Intelligence Analyst will be a shared resource to work for several clients in El Salvador as the main point of contact to external and internal stakeholders from the Business Intelligence team. This role will meet reporting solutions within the SLA and keep them informed about the progress of the solutions. This role is responsible for collecting and analyzing large amounts of data to enable visualization, insights, and data-driven decision-making as part of the BIIG.

The Business Intelligence Analyst will interact with internal and external stakeholders; they understand reporting requirements and suggest the right reporting solutions for the programs. Additionally, they will be interacting with internal teams to make sure the reporting solutions are created as per the stated requirements.

This resource will be involved in End-to-End lifecycle of the Dashboard / reports:

  • Interfacing with relevant stakeholders and users on understanding of the data flow and usage between applications.
  • Support gathering requirements and Consultation / Solution Design.
  • Should be able to communicate effectively during the development phase.
  • Conducts and leads UAT, Troubleshooting and Resolution.
  • End-user Engagement: Communication and Education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources to enable comprehensive analysis.
  • Collaborate with the BI team to interpret data findings and turn them into actionable business insights.
  • Manage data integrity and improve data management practices to ensure consistency and reliability.
  • Assist in the integration and automation of reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or planning to start a technical career.
  • Minimum of 12 months of experience in a data-related role.
  • Basic skills in report generation using Power BI or other business intelligence tools. SQL and Excel
  • Use Power BI, DOMO, and other BI tools to develop and deliver informative reports and dashboards.
  • Fundamental knowledge of data management principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
