Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with up to 2 years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of hand and power tools and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn battery maintenance principles and practices.
• Assist with disassembling batteries and packs using hand tools.
• Use test equipment to assess battery performance and detect issues.
• Replace faulty components and fusing parts to restore functionality.
• Ensure proper containment of battery fluids and safe handling.
• Prepare battery components for shipping and maintain CMMS records.
• Follow company quality management procedures and safety protocols.
