Carrier Global Corporation, a leader in intelligent building automation, is seeking an Associate Controls Engineer for the Cocoa, FL area. You will design and program building automation systems, develop control configurations, and create design documents while supporting sales teams and project delivery.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 2+ years' experience or an engineering/technical Associate degree, plus knowledge of HVAC controls, IP networks, and relevant software.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of industry experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing or engineering, OR an Associate degree in an engineering or technical field.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering or construction discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Design and program building automation systems, site-specific control configurations, and control algorithms.
• Adhere to project requirements, technical specifications, and company/customer standards.
• Create, document, and maintain clear technical design documents and revision logs for project teams.
• Develop graphical and text-based user interfaces for building automation systems.
• Perform pre-implementation testing on control programming and user interfaces.
• Provide technical support to sales representatives to ensure customer technical requirements are met.
• Identify and communicate project opportunities, risks, and functional testing needs.
