Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• One year of direct aviation experience in flight operations, or equivalent.
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card with minimum 3 years residency and Public Trust eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide End-to-End Meeting Planning and Logistics Coordination.
• Plan Safety Team, regional, national and international meetings and conferences.
• Arrange meeting locations, prepare sites, and provide logistical support.
• Coordinate planning, develop and share content and publications for meetings.
• Analyze aviation operational, regulatory, and safety issues supporting NAS safety.
• Develop recommendations to improve aviation safety and operational performance.
• Support policy development and creation of standards, guidance, and technical documentation.
• Conduct data-driven analyses, studies and research to support program objectives.
• Prepare technical reports, findings, and recommendations for Government and stakeholders.
• Support development of briefings, position papers, and technical guidance for FAA decisions.
• Collaborate with FAA program offices and industry stakeholders on initiatives.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in related field

One year aviation experience in flight operations or equivalent

U.S. Citizenship or Green Card residency with Public Trust eligibility
