Our client Deloitte, a “Big Four” Professional Services firm, is looking for Junior Automation Support Engineers to join their expanding team.

You will work alongside motivated, talented professionals supporting clients through the deployment of automated and cognitive solutions to complete high-priority, high-volume business processes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience with an established Professional Services firm in a supportive and fast-paced environment, with scope to learn and develop skills.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Supporting a range of clients across different industries by providing proactive and reactive support to various automated processes.
• As your skills and experience grow, participating in the design, build, and testing of automated and cognitive solutions.
• Engaging in regular monitoring and reporting activities directly with clients to identify issues with Digital Workers and suggest potential enhancements.
• Supporting complex solutions using RPA technologies and supporting technologies such as SQL, C#, Java, and Visual Basic.
• Creating documentation including Support Guides, high-level designs, test documentation, and solution designs, following D-ROC’s technical standards and practices.
• Developing changes to Digital Workers to resolve issues, add functionality, or improve performance.
• Collaborating as part of a high-performing team with other automation engineers, solution architects, business relationship managers, and technical and operational specialists.

What knowledge, skills, and experience we need:

• A genuine interest in a technology-based career.
• A degree is not required, but some technology education is preferred.
• Some previous customer service experience (contact centre, retail, hospitality, etc.).
• A can-do attitude and positivity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, driven individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
