Job summary

Thermo Systems LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex automation and control system integration projects from proposal through commissioning. You will drive cross‑functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain exceptional client relationships to deliver predictable outcomes.

The role requires 8+ years in industrial/automation project management, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong skills in planning, risk control, and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years managing complex industrial, engineering, automation, or systems integration projects.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary teams including engineering, field execution, and commissioning.
• Experience in structured project delivery environments is preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex automation and control system integration projects from proposal through closeout.
• Develop integrated project execution plans, schedules, and financial forecasts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field services.
• Manage project financial performance including forecasting accuracy, cost tracking, and change management.
• Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to meet delivery objectives.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, scopes of work, and project execution alignment.
• Support installation, startup, commissioning, and system turnover activities.
• Ensure project documentation and deliverables meet company standards.
• Serve as the primary customer interface and senior delivery leader for assigned projects.
• Lead project kickoffs, stakeholder meetings, and project reviews.
