Junior Attorney

Location: Blue Bell, PA (Hybrid)

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 base salary, plus benefits and performance-based bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior attorneys in managing civil litigation cases, including research, drafting legal documents, and case preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents under the guidance of senior attorneys.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and identify key issues.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and trial preparation meetings as needed.
• Collaborate with clients and provide assistance with case management and settlement negotiations.
• Participate in case evaluations and strategy meetings with senior attorneys.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required.
• No prior attorney experience is necessary, but prior law firm experience (e.g., clerkships, internships, or summer associate programs) is highly desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, professionalism, and a client-focused approach.
