Job Title: Entry Level Attorney / Associate Attorney (Remote, Contract to Hire)

We are seeking a fully remote, entry-level Attorney / Associate Attorney for a growing employment law firm based in California. This is a contract-to-hire position with an initial 3-month period, with potential for permanent employment.

Responsibilities

• Engage in pre-litigation activities, including communication with opposing counsel to negotiate and mediate cases.
• Work on cases within the scope of employment law, adhering to legal standards and firm policies.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in California (CA Bar license).
• Reside in California.
• Willing to work on a contract basis for 3 months with potential for permanent hire.
