We are a growing employment law firm seeking a fully remote, contract-to-hire Entry-Level Attorney / Pre-Litigation Attorney based in and licensed in California.

As a Staff Attorney / Pre-Lit Attorney, we offer:

• An hourly rate between $40-45/hr
• Monthly commissions ranging from $300 to $3,000
• Medical, dental, and vision coverage

• 100% remote work environment
• Potential for permanent employment after 3 months

We are looking for an Employment Law Attorney / Pre-Litigation Associate with:

• California residency
• Willingness to work on a contract basis for 3 months before potential permanent placement
• Comfort with pre-litigation tasks, including negotiations with opposing counsel to assess case status and explore settlement options
