We are seeking a driven, meticulous Junior Associate Attorney with 1+ years of experience in employment litigation and a proven record of navigating complex class‑action lawsuits. The role requires strategic research, drafting pleadings, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the full lifecycle of complex class‑action litigation, from case initiation to final resolution.
• Perform in‑depth legal analysis and prepare pleadings.
• Act as liaison between the legal team and clients, ensuring timely communication.
• Perform detailed legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Engage in all phases of discovery, including preparation and review of discovery requests and responses.
• Attend and support court proceedings such as motion hearings, status conferences, and trials.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in class‑action litigation in employment law.
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
