Junior Asset Leader - Wave

Your Impact

In this role, you will define the product roadmap for new McKinsey Transformation (MT) innovations and other function-specific products, overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through delivery while managing the product portfolio. You will work closely with platform & technology teams, including Product Managers, to develop go-to-market plans, delivery models, and pricing strategies in collaboration with MT Assets Client Success and Delivery chapter leads, as well as the Finance team.

Responsibilities include continuously identifying opportunities for growth and improvement through market analysis and stakeholder engagement, managing collaboration during design, build, and launch phases, leading capability-building efforts, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement. You will also drive onboarding and upskilling plans for Client Success and Delivery chapters.

Your Growth

As part of McKinsey's Transformation Practice, you will work across the Americas region, leading the strategic direction of MT Assets Products related to the Wave platform, including new MT innovations, PPM capabilities, digital programs, and operational transformations. You will partner with C-suite executives to shape strategy, build client experience, and engage with diverse clients across industries, leveraging McKinsey's training and expertise to develop transformation skills and business acumen.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree; graduate degree preferred
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Passion for managing and growing a business/asset as a general manager
• Ability to take a top management view and understand solutions in a broad business context
• Rapid absorption of complex business issues with strong domain and technology understanding
• Effective communication skills, translating technical topics for stakeholders and clients
• Strong project management and leadership capabilities
• Problem-solving, entrepreneurial mindset, storytelling, and strategic vision
• Experience in collaboration, people leadership, and stakeholder management
• Preferred: experience with Transformations, MT programs, and Wave platform
