Your Impact

In this role, you will define the product roadmap for new McKinsey Transformation (MT) innovations and other function-specific products. You will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation through delivery, while managing the product portfolio.

You will own the design and development of new products, working closely with the platform & technology team, including Product Managers. You will develop go-to-market plans, including delivery models and pricing, in collaboration with MT Assets Client Success and Delivery chapter leads, and the Finance team. You will identify opportunities for growth and improvement through market analysis and stakeholder engagement, driving enhancements to our product offerings.

You will also manage collaboration with Platform & Technology teams during design, build, and launch phases, lead capability-building efforts for the MT Assets team, and manage continuous improvement by gathering feedback from internal teams, practitioners, and clients. Additionally, you will drive onboarding and upskilling plans for Client Success and Delivery chapters to ensure they can effectively bring new capabilities to clients.

Your Growth

WAVE is part of the McKinsey Transformation Practice. You will work with colleagues across the Americas region. As a Global Asset Leader in the MT Assets Product team, you will lead the strategic direction of defined MT Assets Products of our Wave platform, associated with new MT innovations, People Performance Management (PPM) capabilities, Digital programs, and Operation Transformations, ensuring alignment with MT goals and market needs.

WAVE empowers teams to drive performance and ensures superior execution and value delivery through intuitive technology and McKinsey’s business advisory. It enables clients to track progress and performance of initiatives against business goals, budgets, and timeframes, powering transformation delivery and sustained change.

As an asset leader, you will partner with c-suite executives and leadership teams to shape strategy and build a holistic approach to client experience. Your Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree; graduate degree preferred
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Passion for managing and growing a business/asset as a general manager
• Ability to take a top management view and consider solutions in broader business contexts
• Rapid absorption of complex business issues with strong domain and technology understanding
• Effective communication skills; able to translate technical and non-technical topics for stakeholders and clients
• Strong project management and leadership capabilities
• Problem-solving, entrepreneurial mindset, storytelling, and strategic vision
• Excellent collaboration, people leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Preferred (not required): experience in Transformations, MT programs (IDP, BUP, Implementation), Wave platform experience
