Your Impact

In this role, you will define the product roadmap for new McKinsey Transformation (MT) innovations and other function-specific products, overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, while managing the product portfolio.

You will own the design and development of new products, working closely with the platform & technology teams, including Product Managers. You will develop go-to-market plans, including delivery models and pricing, in collaboration with MT Assets Client Success and Delivery chapter leads, and the Finance team. By continuously identifying growth opportunities through market analysis and stakeholder engagement, you will drive enhancements to our product offerings.

You will also manage collaboration with Platform & Technology teams during design, build, and launch phases, lead capability-building efforts for the MT Assets team, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Additionally, you will drive onboarding and upskilling plans for Client Success and Delivery chapters to ensure effective delivery of new capabilities to clients.

Your Growth

WAVE is part of the McKinsey Transformation Practice, working with colleagues across the Americas. As a Global Asset Leader in the MT Assets Product team, you will lead the strategic direction of MT Assets Products related to the Wave platform, including new MT innovations, People Performance Management (PPM) capabilities, Digital programs, and Operational Transformations, ensuring alignment with MT goals and market needs.

WAVE empowers teams to drive performance with intuitive technology and McKinsey's advisory expertise, enabling clients to track progress against goals, budgets, and timelines, supporting transformation delivery and sustained change.

We seek team members excited about impactful organizational change. As an asset leader, you will partner with C-suite executives and leadership teams to shape strategy and enhance client experience. You will engage with diverse clients across industries, with access to McKinsey's world-class training programs and experts to develop transformation expertise and business acumen.

Your qualifications and skills
  • Bachelor's degree; graduate degree preferred
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Passion for managing and growing a business/asset as a general manager
  • Ability to take a top management view and develop solutions
  • Rapid absorption of complex business issues; strong domain and technology understanding
  • Effective communication skills; ability to translate technical topics for stakeholders and clients
  • Strong project management and leadership capabilities
  • Problem-solving, entrepreneurial mindset, storytelling, and strategic vision
  • Excellent collaboration, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Preferred: experience in Transformations, MT programs (IDP, BUP, Implementation), and Wave platform usage
