Job summary

Gaui seeks a Social Content Creator with a strong eye for visual storytelling to develop content for Instagram and TikTok. The role blends editorial and organic social content, from concept through to final execution, shaping Gaui's look and voice across platforms.

You will shoot and edit using CapCut, design social-first visuals, and collaborate with Brand Director and Creative Lead to ensure brand cohesion. This full-time, in-person role is based in Doral, FL.

We're looking for a Social Content Creator with exceptional visual taste, strong creative instincts, and a deep understanding of how brands live on social media.

This is a hands-on role focused on developing and creating content for Gaui's social channels - from polished editorial storytelling to organic, culturally relevant content designed for Instagram and TikTok.

At Gaui, we believe in specialists with generalist qualities. Your specialty should be social content creation, supported by a strong understanding of art direction, graphic design, photography, video, editing, typography, and culture.

The Role

You'll help shape how Gaui looks, feels, and communicates across social.

You'll develop posts from concept through execution: finding the idea, establishing the visual direction, creating or selecting assets, designing layouts, shooting content, editing video, and preparing the final piece for publishing.

The goal is to create work that feels distinctive, considered, and highly relevant to the platform - content that people actually stop for, watch, save, share, and remember.

Responsibilities

• Concept and create content primarily for Instagram and TikTok
• Develop both editorial / art-directed and organic social content
• Take individual posts from idea through final execution
• Design carousels, graphics, typography, layouts, and other social-first treatments
• Shoot and edit Reels, TikToks, BTS, product moments, and spontaneous organic content
• Edit confidently in CapCut, including pacing, music, subtitles, transitions, and sound
• Help define the art direction of individual posts, stories, and content concepts
• Transform campaign photography and video into strong social executions
• Identify relevant formats, references, cultural moments, and trends while interpreting them through Gaui's own point of view
• Collaborate closely with the Brand Director, Head of Marketing, and Creative Lead
• Continuously explore stronger ways to make the content resonate and perform

Qualifications + Skills

• Excellent visual judgment and understanding of fashion, beauty, design, music, and internet culture
• Strong graphic design fundamentals, particularly typography, composition, and hierarchy
• Advanced CapCut skills are essential
• Comfortable shooting high-quality organic content on an iPhone
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories, carousels, and evolving social formats
• Ability to turn references or loose creative direction into finished work
• Good understanding of art direction and maintaining a cohesive brand world
• Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite experience are highly valued
• Photography, motion, or advanced video-production skills are a plus
• Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or another visually driven brand is strongly preferred

We're not looking for someone whose primary strength is managing a content calendar. We're looking for someone who can look at that calendar and create what deserves to go on it.

This is a full-time, in-person role based in Doral, FL, working Monday through Friday from our office or on location when content production requires it.

Because social moves quickly, occasional Saturday availability from home may be needed for timely content, edits, or publishing support. The role should feel structured during the week, with flexibility when the brand or content moment calls for it.
