This in-office, full-time position requires recent architecture degree and US work eligibility. Responsibilities include creating renderings, construction drawings, site plans, and assisting in code research while engaging in design reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program, graduated within the last 0–2 years.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design schematic designs and develop concepts for high-end residential projects.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings, site plans, and architectural details.
• Research local zoning codes and building regulations for Northern Virginia and nearby jurisdictions.
• Collaborate in design reviews and project coordination meetings.
