Job summary

RWE Planning + Design in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a motivated Junior Architect with 2–5 years of professional experience to join our team. This role emphasizes architectural design, documentation, and proficiency with Revit, and it supports healthcare, tenant improvement, renovation, and ground-up construction projects.

You will assist the Design Lead, develop conceptual plans, perform code reviews, prepare permit sets, and coordinate with consultants and internal teams.

Qualifications
