The role focuses on incident intake, triage, troubleshooting, and routine access and configuration support within authorized permissions.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen
• Associate degree and at least 2 years supporting business applications
• Experience with first-line incident triage, troubleshooting, routine access and configuration support within authorized permissions, and user guidance

Responsabilités

• Provide first-line user support for business applications and client-developed tools.
• Receive, document, and triage application incidents and support requests.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide clear user guidance.
• Perform routine access and configuration support within authorized permissions.
• Maintain clear issue documentation and organized follow-through on support requests.
• Coordinate with business users and technical teams to address application support needs.
• Escalate issues to the Development Lead and relevant engineering staff.
