The candidate should have a college degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years in automated AP functions, including Billpay.com. Experience with Ramp is a plus, supporting nonprofit accounting workflows.

• 2+ years of automated accounts payable experience.
• 2+ years of experience supporting accounts payable functions (Billpay.com experience a plus)

Responsabilidades

• Scan and enter AP receipts into Bill.com with correct coding and monthly upload/reconciliation of AP ledger.
• Manage vendor relationships and perform vendor statement analyses as needed.
• Code credit card transactions and receipts, coordinating with the accounting/finance manager.
• Utilize Ramp platform to ensure coding is completed and uploaded timely.
• Enter bills with review of coding and allocations into Bill.com.
• Schedule weekly payments in coordination with cash flow.
• Scan, deposit, and record checks in the accounting system.
