Job summary

Remote Work in the United States is seeking an Analytics Engineer to join our DWH team. You will build and maintain data pipelines from internal and external sources, develop data models and data marts for reporting and analytics, and create tools that make working with data across the organization more reliable and scalable.

You will work at the intersection of analytics and data engineering, turning business requirements into production-grade data models and transformations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Analytics Engineer, DWH Analyst, Data Analyst, or Data Engineer roles.
• Strong SQL skills with complex queries, joins, aggregations, CTEs and window functions.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling, transformations, and data marts.
• Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT processes and data models using dbt or similar frameworks.
• Good understanding of data quality principles and troubleshooting data issues.
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured data solutions.
• Strong communication and ability to work with analysts and data engineers.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable data models and ETL/ELT solutions.
• Analyze data sources to identify integration points for pipelines.
• Design and develop logical data models and data marts for domain teams.
• Build, maintain, and optimize data transformations using SQL and dbt.
• Improve data flows for scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Investigate data quality issues across sources and transformations.
• Collaborate with analysts and data engineers to integrate domain processes with core DWH.
• Document data models, lineage, integration points, and business rules.
