Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to senior leaders for daily client servicing and maintenance.
• Assist renewals: gather renewal info, market applications, loss information; follow up with carriers; prepare proposals; place lines of coverage.
• Proactively prioritize service functions in a timely and efficient manner.
• Use Applied EPIC system for all client placement, documentation, and service tasks.
• Provide customer service support to clients in billing and plan administration.
• Prepare and analyze quotes, rates and renewals for property and casualty policies.
• Assist in developing materials to help clients understand their coverages.
• Issue insurance certificates as requested; update certificate templates and issue renewal batches.
• Issue auto ID cards and renewal cards/batches; sort renewal cards and certificates.
• Assist with miscellaneous service duties as time allows; perform other duties as assigned.
