Reporting Structure

The Junior Allocator reports directly to the Director, Planning.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Create initial allocations by size in partnership with Allocator, across both Full Price & Outlet Stores
• Collaborate with buyer during monthly allocation meetings to review allocation of new product
• Perform in season replenishment to stores to maximize sales and inventory turn goals
• Analyze store performance and volume to understand store selling patterns
• Analyze and understand store size selling patterns to distribute product efficiently by size
• Work with distribution center to ensure timely weekly shipments of new and replenishment
• Execute monthly Full Price to Outlet transfers of excess inventory
• Execute monthly data clean up
• Execute weekly and ad hoc reporting

Qualifications/Experience We’re Looking For

• 0-2 years of assist allocation, planning, buying or relative experience
• Strong communication/multi-tasking skills
• Able to organize and prioritize workload with attention to detail
• Ability to work cross functionally in a collaborative environment
• Strong analytical/mathematical skills – retail math experience a plus
• Advanced excel skills
• Ability to work effectively under changing circumstances
